ISS Supportive Apartments

An ISS apartment will allow a higher functioning individual to reside independently with the needed support.

Supports include rental payments or reimbursement on other daily living expenses. A budget which includes all monthly income and expenses for the particular individual in need is prepared and submitted to to NYS O.M.R.D.D for review. Upon approval a consumer could choose an apartment of their choice and Rayim would automatically become the landlord and pay the rental cost. This program has enabled numerous individuals to explore more independency within their living arrangements.
